LEARNING.

The session concluded with an analysis of the CRE industry's outlook by Lonnie Hendry, Chief Product Officer, from Trepp, Inc.
And in line with our conference theme, “Ignite. Impact.” we proudly welcomed one of the most impactful players and personalities to ever hit the gridiron, NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens as our Keynote Speaker. Owens shared his inspiring journey from humble beginnings to becoming one of football’s greatest receivers. Joined by Coldwell Banker Affiliates President Jason Waugh, Owens emphasized the importance of desire, dedication, and discipline. He provided valuable lessons in success, resilience, and leadership, and insights on building a strong personal brand, maintaining confidence, and the power of teamwork and preparation. The session concluded with an audience Q&A, leaving attendees motivated to elevate their business strategies.
The Marketing Summit brought together marketing leaders from across our network to ideate and exchange best practices with one another. We previewed the brand’s marketing roadmap for 2025, reviewed 2024 media performance, and introduced Buildout's new AI-based tool, Prospect by Buildout. The session concluded with a one-hour marketing workshop led by Dr. J.J. Peterson, who shared strategies and best practices to break through the noise and capture their audience’s attention.
