Customers had been coming to their location of operation in the heart of Main Street for years, when they were known as Great Adirondack Steak & Seafood. Thier craft brewery had grown so much, though, that they relaunched as Great Adirondack Brewing Company in 2018.
The brewery consists of a custom-manufactured seven-barrel stainless steel brew system, and is currently housed behind the restaurant where they produced a wide range of ales and lagers using the finest imported and domestic ingredients.
