Cathy began her Real Estate Career in 2002, adding Commercial to her business in 2012, earning her CCIM designation in Commercial Real Estate in 2016 and has experience with transactions in all facets.
Cathy's passion is helping Developers, Investors, Corporations and Business acquire, sell, or lease assets they need to grow.
Focused in the Medical, Tech and Industrial Field, she also enjoys working with the new business entrepreneur in Retail and Office sales and leasing. Her experience in negotiating, consulting, financial analysis, market analysis, investment decision analysis and Investment strategies helps her clients make educated decisions.

From Selling vacant land to developers, warehouse/distribution centers to corporations, Investment properties whether commercial or multifamily, working with business large and small from Restaurants to Fitness centers and working with Historic property owners and Investors, her vast experience allows her to understand the needs of her clients and efficiently find the correct commercial or investment real estate opportunity.
