Jim Wright joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty in May 2024, bringing a rich background in both education and industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Clemson University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of South Carolina. His previous roles in construction in South Carolina and as a commercial real estate agent with Collier Commercial Realtors and Harry Norman Realty have equipped him with valuable expertise.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys scuba diving, biking events throughout California and Mexico, golfing, hiking, and gardening. His adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors reflect his dynamic and energetic approach to life and work.
