With over 35 years of real estate experience, Steve has developed a reputation for developing strategic plans and executing complex transactions on behalf of his clients. With a focus on Suburban and Downtown Chicago, Steve has developed an international practice and has represented publically traded companies, entrepreneurial businesses, not for profits, education and startups. Steve began his career as a real estate lawyer with DLA Piper, formerly Rudnick & Wolfe and spent six years with PM Realty Group, representing Tenants and Landlords. After 23 years successful years at Savills Studley, Inc., Steve joined Cushman & Wakefield and spent 7 years in the tenant brokerage division
