Peter is a 1970 graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a B.A. in Sociology. Later that year, he became a Marketing Representative for Sun Oil Company. In 1972, Peter became licensed to sell real estate. By 1975, he had obtained his Real Estate Broker's license. Then, in 1980, Peter began specializing in Commercial/Investment Real Estate.
