Tyson Tucker

Tyson Tucker serves as Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial Grass Roots and has over 18 years of wide ranging Commercial Real Estate experience spanning across brokerage, private equity, and personal real estate investments. Mr. Tucker has been directly involved in over $1B of commercial real estate sales and acquisitions over his career. From 2016-2018 Tyson served as the Director of Acquisitions for Berkeley Partners, one the nation’s largest owners of light industrial real estate, where he was responsible for sourcing and closing deals across the United States as well as managing dispositions for the firm. Tyson closed over $150M in direct acquisitions and $200M of sales during his tenure at Berkeley Partners.  Tyson has consistently been a top producing commercial agent for the past 10 years and has been integral in many of the highest profile/largest deals in western Nevada County.
