Jelani Linder
ABOUT
Jelani Linder is a real estate agent specializing in land brokerage and land development. Mr. Linder has done over 15 million dollars in real estate transactions. His primary focus has been working with builders and developers to acquire off market land opportunities in the Metro Atlanta Region. With a wide customer base of mixed use, land, retail, residential and multifamily developers, Jelani has been able to assemble and acquire over 150 acres of land. He has also assisted builders with land planning, entitlements and financial proformas for their developments.
Mr. Linder has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University and a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Georgia. Jelani serves on the planning and zoning committee for the City of Stone Mountain and he is also the chair of The City of Stone Mountain’s Downtown Development Authority. In 2015 and 2016, Mr. Linder was named as one of CBC Metro Brokers’s top producing sales associates. Jelani is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, American Planning Association and the Urban Land Institute.
