Mark T. Ocepek is the President and Co-Founder of Coldwell Banker Anabasis Realty. Bringing over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management, his career began in 1996 with Omni America Towers as a Tower Investment Analyst and Project Manager. Following the company's acquisition by American Tower in 1999, Mark established Riverside Investment Partners, L.P., a diversified investment fund focusing on land development, commercial and industrial real estate, and single-family homes. One notable project under Riverside was the development of the world-class shooting and training facility, Shoot GTR, in Gainesville, Florida.

In May 2022, Mark co-founded Anabasis Realty alongside his son, Bryce Ocepek. The firm quickly expanded, growing to 12 independent sales agents and surpassing $100 million in closed real estate transactions. In December 2024, Anabasis Realty joined the Coldwell Banker network, operating as Coldwell Banker Anabasis Realty and Coldwell Banker Commercial Anabasis Realty, thereby enhancing their service offerings in both Mark's extensive background includes co-founding Anabasis Real Estate Investment Trust, a private real estate investment fund that owns and manages over $10 million in assets. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in the firm's growth and success. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mark served as a Navy Corpsman in the Reserves and has been a successful real estate investor for over 25 years. He also has experience as a Police Veteran and SWAT Officer and holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Norwich Military College, where he currently teaches as an adjunct professor.
