I grew up in Solana Beach, listening to my grandmother negotiate triple net and percentage commercial leases from as far back as I can remember. She was instrumental in the redevelopment of the 101 Coast Hwy corridor and had a keystone department store called the Hang-Up Square, reintroduced as 101 Plaza about 2004. I graduated from Torrey Pines in the 1980's and recently brought my brokerage services back to San Diego.
I found Silver City, a small mining town in the Mountains of SW New Mexico almost two decades ago, I've loved sharing the area with friends and clients ever since. Im also an Associate Broker there working with ranches, homes and open space/development land.
