ABOUT
Frank Chaney is the manager of Commercial Operations for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. He draws upon his 35 years of extensive knowledge and real estate experience in all areas of commercial real estate including Industrial/Warehouse, Office, Retail, Land and Development sales, leasing, investments, development, and consulting to provide his clients with a high level of service. Mr. Chaney’s background also includes 14 years in a manufacturing business and a wholesale-retail marketing business, both of which he founded, developed, and later sold. Frank’s proven ability to provide quality real estate service to companies and individuals throughout the East Texas Area is enhanced by his professional experience, education and affiliations. He has consistently received awards which are of great significance in the Commercial Real Estate Business.
