Chris Millen (B) CCIM is an expert in retail brokerage and investment, responsible for spearheading the commercial operations for Coldwell Banker Commercial across the Hawaiian Islands. Based on Maui, Chris’ profound understanding of the local market, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of a Hawaii’s commercial landscape, allows him to serve institutional landlords with exceptional efficiency. Chris's primary role includes the expansion of Coldwell Banker Commercial's services across the island, built upon the strong foundation of client relationships he has cultivated over his distinguished career.


Professional Experience
Chris Millen brings to the table more than two decades of experience in Maui's commercial real estate scene, preceded by 10 years of running a local business. This past ownership experience has provided him with a unique perspective and deep understanding of tenant needs, proving instrumental in facilitating successful transactions.

Previously, Chris spent over a decade with Colliers International, fulfilling the role of a senior associate in Maui. His consistent high-performance led him to be recognized as Colliers' most productive Maui associate repeatedly. Most recently he represented JLL as Vice President where his responsibilities encompassed the leasing and brokerage of nearly a dozen shopping centers.

Highlights of Chris’ accomplished career include several remarkable investment sales and projects, such as 505 Front Street, Kukui Mall, Coco Palms Resort, Fairway Shops, and Napili Plaza, among others.

Education and affiliations
Chris is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Hawaii. He holds a Bachelor of Biology degree from Florida State University.
