Don Smith
ABOUT
Born in Asheboro, NC, Don grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. After graduating from Western Carolina University with a degree in Accounting, he worked with the Tax and Audit Staff of Belk Store Services. In 1976, he joined Coldwell Banker Chicora (now Sea Coast Advantage). Don has received the GRI, CRS and CRB designations from the National Association of Realtors.
Don is a 1982 graduate of Leadership Grand Strand, has served on and/or chaired many of the committees for the local and state Board of REALTORS® including serving as Director. He also served as President of Coldwell Banker Chicora from 1998-2018.
