• Professional Experience Jared is a long time Arizonan. He has been involved in commercial real estate for about 25 years working with his father's brokerage covering Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico specializing in farmland, ranches, and other commercial land acquisitions and disposition of real estate. He also helped with the zoning, entitlement, and plat process for many substantial commercial and residential developments in both Arizona and Utah. He has recently joined the Coldwell Commercial Real Estate Team out of the Biltmore Office as a Senior Advisor of Investment Properties continuing in the acquisition and disposition of large land transactions in farming, ranch, and other commercial real estate properties. Jared also has an extensive real estate financing background in multi-family, multi-tenant industrial, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, self-storage, assisted living facilities, hospitality (i.e. hotels), special use (i.e. car washes), mixed-use, retail, medical, and short-term land acquisitions. Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and sons at sporting events and outdoors.
