ABOUT

I retired from the Department of Defense in 2024 after 26 years of federal civilian service. My wife and I relocated six times during our marriage and have bought and sold a dozen properties. I decided to apply the experience and lessons learned to earn my real estate license in Tennessee, then Georgia, Alabama and Michigan. I recognize that my analytic skill set, and temperament are well suited for commercial real estate, so I contacted the new Ooltewah office of Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty and am pleased to join the dynamic commercial team. I am affiliated "Up North" with Coldwell Banker Schmidt in Grand Rapids and Traverse City, so I intend to divide my time among East Tennessee, North Georgia and West Michigan.
