ABOUT
Lucas Mojonnier specializes in commercial real estate investment sales and leasing at Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Real Estate and Urban Economics, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (Lee Business School). An active CCIM designee, Lucas began his brokerage career under the mentorship of a seasoned real estate developer and broker with over 20 years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter and is chairman of the Programs Committee. In these roles, he contributes to strategic decision-making and oversight, leveraging his expertise in real estate and leadership to guide the organization's growth. Lucas is also an active member of the NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter.
Lucas works as an investment sales and tenant-representation broker, assisting investors, mom-and-pop businesses, and national and international companies in acquiring, disposing of, and leasing commercial real estate. Originally from Sacramento, CA, he has resided in Las Vegas since 2013 and possesses an extensive knowledge of current and emerging market trends.
