About James W. Wright

I became licensed in 1990 and received my brokers license in 1992. Prior to real estate I worked in the newspaper publishing industry for 16-years starting as an apprentice printer, moving through several management positions and ending as a publisher of two weekly newspapers. I served in the Marine Crops Reserves for four years. I've lived in Hawaii for 34-years and spend part of my time in Nevada, Prior to that in Alaska for 8.5-years with the remainder in Oregon and California where I was born. I specialize in several areas of real estate starting with Commercial, Investment Counseling, Hotels/Motels, Office, and Development. I work in China and Korea helping clients make USA investments. In addition to a Hawaii brokers license I also hold a Nevada Managing Brokers license and a Nevada Business Broker license. I've completed my educational curriculum for CCIM and now working on my portfolio and the final exam. I travel regularly (Covid affected) between Hawaii and Nevada and Asia.
