Nick has over 10 years of investment sales experience with a track record of over $175,000,000 in closed transactions. Nick prides himself on having worked with many clients on a repeat basis throughout his career to grow and strengthen their investment portfolios and values being a resource through all phases of ownership. Through dedication to the job and a strong work ethic, Nick makes sure that his clients receive the best service possible before, during, and after the transaction.
Prior to working with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Nick worked at a national real estate brokerage firm as a First Vice President, where he originated and executed complex real estate transactions, conducted in-depth market research, and provided strategic investment solutions to his clients.
Nick is a first-generation native San Franciscan and has a profound appreciation for The City. In his spare time, Nick enjoys travelling, hiking, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
