ABOUT

Damon, Your San Francisco Real Estate Expert
As a seasoned real estate professional with years of experience, I specialize in both the residential and commercial segments of the San Francisco Bay Area Market. Whether it is a cozy condominium or a multimillion-dollar commercial property, I have successfully transacted at pricing levels from $300,000 to $65,000,000.
Local Roots, Global Reach
Having called San Francisco home for 25+ years, I currently reside in picturesque Petaluma in Sonoma County. When I am not negotiating deals, you will find me riding my motorcycle through our scenic wine country, savoring local cuisine, and enjoying a glass of fine wine.
Industry Leadership and Community Involvement
I am not just a real estate agent; I am an active voice in San Francisco’s real estate associations. I served as the 2023 President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, and I am deeply connected to the pulse of our city. I am also engaged with the local Women’s Council of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors having served as chair or member of numerous committees. My years of residency in San Francisco have made me exceptionally knowledgeable about the city’s neighborhoods and their unique charms as well as it is politics and what is happening and how it may affect you.
From Zephyr to Coldwell Banker Realty: A Dynamic Journey
My career trajectory has been dynamic. I spent my first 16 years in the industry with Zephyr Real Estate, and after their acquisition in 2020, I joined forces with Corcoran Global Living. I transitioned to Coldwell Banker in the fall of 2022 and have never looked back. I am passionate about connecting people and solving their real estate needs, and I am thrilled to bring that expertise to the Coldwell Banker family.
Giving Back to Our Community
Beyond real estate, I am actively involved in local charities. You will often find me volunteering for TogetherSF, The Welcome Home Project, or making a positive impact on our community. If I am not at home or work, my second office is none other than 24 Willie Mays (RIP) Plaza. And if you catch me cheering for the Giants at the ballpark—please excuse any background noise on the call!
