ABOUT
Christy Latta has duel licenses in California and Idaho. She is passionate about giving back and contributing her time locally at Kimberly and Twin Falls School District, she is an Executive Member of Make-A-Wish, a youth athletic coach, and enjoys volunteering building beds for children through the Sleep In Heavenly Peace Foundation .
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties, Christy started her Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker C&C Properties on the West Coast.
She moved her family to Idaho in 2018, obtaining her Idaho Real Estate license, and had the good fortune to walk beside seasoned Brokers at Colliers International of Idaho.
Christy’s friends and colleagues know her to have a calm, professional demeanor that is personable and invested in her client’s Real Estate journey.
To unwind Christy likes to spend intentional time with her children, BBQ, and take trips to the Oregon Coast or anywhere nature is abundant.
Christy has assisted clients with acquiring, assigning, leasing, property management, and investment properties. Christy has acute attention to detail, and has immense gratitude for her career.
