MJ entered into the commercial real estate market in 2005 and has since sustained a growing career and portfolio. Prior to her career in real estate, MJ was a commercial lender with Comerica Bank, underwriting loans up to $10 million and maintaining portfolios for business owners purchasing real estate. MJ has lived in Florida since 1992 and is originally from Michigan. MJ's full spectrum of real estate services includes both sales and leasing of commercial properties representing landlords and tenants for industrial, office & medial, and retail properties, primarily in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties. She has represented such companies as Ocean Cadillac, Inc., Metals USA (NYSE: RS), PC Connection d/b/a Connection (NASDAQ: CNXN), Orthodontic Specialists of Florida (35 locations), Impression Imaging (MRI center). She represented a 150,000 square foot tenant to lease its new Coral Springs, Broward County headquarters, represented this same company to purchase a 76,000 SF Orlando, Orange County, FL property to expand their SE Florida operations and currently representing them in the purchase of an 80,000 sf facility in Richmond, VA.
Her prior experience as a commercial lender enables her to leverage client service with credit underwriting, communication and negotiating skills to build relationships with a wide range of people.
