Ernestine Shineman

Ernie has been in the Commercial Real Estate business for over thirty years in the Annapolis/Baltimore/Washington triangle. Her specialties include: leasing of retail, office and industrial properties representing both Landlords/Sellers and Buyers/Tenants; land development; sale of user as well as investor properties; and innovative strategies for the disposition of properties that don't fall into the more "standard" catagories. This has required involvement in land acquisition and/or disposition, project site plan conceptualization through final lease-up or re-sale. Projects include corporate headquarters, build to suit opportunities and planned unit developments. A decade in the marina business on the Chesapeake Bay allows for expertise in consulting on the sale and use of maritime properties as well. An active member of the Annapolis community for over forty years, her past and ongoing volunteer work includes educational, business and non-profit organizations.
