Over the course of his commercial brokerage career, Hill has produced new leases totaling well over 350,000 square feet of space.
Hill is also a Navy veteran with 22 years of dedicated service as a Chief of Naval Operations, Search and Rescue Model Manager. He is the recipient of the 1992 Naval Air Systems Command West Coast Sailor of the Year.
