His journey in the industry began in the late 1990s, when he stepped in to guide his family’s commercial property portfolio. This experience not only marked the beginning of his illustrious career but also led to his family’s most successful real estate move ever.
Raised in an environment where his family-owned neighborhood shopping centers and restaurants, Leo gained firsthand experience of the industry from a young age. In 2020, with the intention of expanding his firm into the greater Phoenix market, the opportunity to spearhead the expansion of a global brokerage in Arizona presented itself. Recognizing the reputation of the company, Leo accepted the role and proudly became the Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty for the state of Arizona.
