Danielle Bouvier

Danielle Bouvier is a lifelong Adirondacks resident with a deep-rooted passion for helping others. Born and raised in the Plattsburgh, NY area, she earned a Bachelor's in Social Work and a Master's in Community and Mental Health Counseling from Plattsburgh State University. She furthered her education at the University of Nevada, Reno, completing Ph.D. coursework in Counseling and Educational Psychology before returning to the Adirondacks—the place she’s always called home.
For over 20 years, Danielle Bouvier has dedicated herself to private practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor with Lake City Counseling. She has also taught sociology at both the local university and community college, provided independent consultations in stress management and conflict resolution, and served on fundraising committees and family-student associations. Her commitment to service extends beyond her career—she founded the Adeline Foundation, which repurposes donated wedding dresses into Angel Gowns for families experiencing infant loss.
Danielle’s love for helping people naturally translates into real estate. With a deep enthusiasm for architecture, design, and home renovation—having bought and renovated several homes herself—she understands the emotional and practical aspects of homeownership. She brings tenacity, empathy, and a results-driven approach to every client interaction, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered. Whether assisting first-time buyers, waterfront seekers, or those transitioning to a new chapter, Danielle is committed to meeting people where they are and guiding them every step of the way.
