Mark H. Maetzold is a licensed real estate agent specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Business Opportunities. He has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry for nearly two decades. Graduating from Minnesota State University, his career path has included Accounting at Metro area Financial Service Firms (Investment and CPA related studies), and a successful sales career in the Technology Markets locally.
His history of involvement in the commercial real estate industry began by buying and selling investment properties for his children during their College Years. Skills include marketing, accounting, property management, financial analysis, and communicating clear/concise ROI information.

He is passionate in working with new and established business owners, to assist in the sale or purchase of their business and/or real estate.
Mark maintains residences in both Saint Cloud and Duluth MN, and enjoys spending time at the family’s lake home in Spooner WI. Hobbies include coin collecting, off road adventures, and Four Wheel/SUV refurbishment of classic vehicles.
