Rick McGraw is a Commercial Broker licensed with Coldwell Banker/ Tomlinson Commercial and has been an active Real Estate Agent and Broker since 1991. His background includes ownership of The Real Estate Group a (65) Agent Residential and Commercial Brokerage from 1993 to 2008. The Company merged with Coldwell Banker/ Tomlinson Group and Holland Realty in December of 2008.
 
Rick currently maintains an Inventory of over $50 million in Commercial Real Estate Listings including Office, Retail, Industrial, Multi-Family and Land.
 
Rick is currently a CCIM Candidate and will receive the CCIM Designation in 2025

1991- 1993:                  Licensed Realtor for (The Real Estate Group).  At the end of 1993 I had taken the prerequisite courses provided by the State of Idaho to obtain my Associate Brokers license
 
 
1993-2009:                    Owner/ Broker of (The Real Estate Group) and Managing Member/Owner of Quasar Development. The Company grew to about 65 Commercial and Residential Agents and 10 employees.
 
 
2009-2021:                    At the end of 2008, The Real Estate Group merged with Holland Realty and Coldwell Banker Tomlinson. I have been a licensed Commercial Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial since 2009.
 
2021:                            Currently ranked as the #1 Commercial Broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial in the state of Idaho and ranked in the top 2% of all Commercial Agents/Brokers licensed with Coldwell Banker Commercial in the United States.
