Holiday Inn & Suites in Monterey Park, Calif. Sells For $38M, Part of La Metro Revitalization Plans
MONTEREY PARK, CALIF. (Dec. 3, 2024) – Coldwell Banker Commercial George Realty is proud to announce the $38 million sale of the brand-new Holiday Inn & Suites hotel, located at 400 S. Atlantic Blvd. in Monterey Park. Coldwell Banker Commercial George Realty represented the seller, a private investor.
Construction of the 136-room hotel, branded Holiday Inn & Suites, was completed in 2024. The building spans six floors and includes 2,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is a part of the Pacific Plaza Monterey Park project, which has brought new development to the busy thoroughfare located south of Interstate 10, west of downtown Los Angeles. This area within the Los Angeles metro area has been recently transformed from low-rise buildings to a zone of new development that includes hotels, restaurants, condominiums and retail.
