Coldwell Banker Tony Hubbard Realty Expands with Opening Coldwell Banker Commercial Operation
Clermont, Fla. (Feb. 4, 2025) – Coldwell Banker Tony Hubbard Realty today announced that it has opened an affiliated commercial real estate company and will do business as Coldwell Banker Commercial CFL, providing commercial real estate services and support for sales and leasing of commercial properties, as well as representation of owners and occupiers, across the Central Florida region. Its associates and brokers will be located at 1795 E Highway 50, Clermont, Fla., 34711. Kaley Hansen is the affiliated company’s broker/owner and took over the business last year from her father, Tony Hubbard, who retired as owner but remains actively engaged with the company.

Her father, Tony Hubbard took over in 1991 and has served the real estate community for 45 years before he retired last year from owning the office. Hansen took over in 2024 and is a third generation Realtor born and raised in South Lake County. She attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla. where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Business. She has been ranked among the top 500 agents in Central Florida and included among the RealTrends Rankings, a prestigious group of the top 1.5% residential real estate professionals in the country. She is a luxury certified agent and multi-million-dollar producer serving Central Florida and the surrounding areas.
