PHARR, TEXAS (July 5, 2024) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Rio Grande Valley has been selected by Houston-based Levcor, Inc. as the exclusive leasing agent for Pharr Town Center, a premier retail, dining and entertainment complex spanning 470,000 square feet on 34 acres. The Shopping Center is located at 500 N. Jackson Road in Pharr, Texas. Michael Pacheco and Daniel Galvan, CCIM, SIOR of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rio Grande Valley are the leasing agents for the property.
Pharr Town Center is home to exclusive retailers like Pappadeaux and Main Event, as well as high-profile, nationally recognized tenants such as Academy, TJ Maxx, Joann's, Five Below, World Market, and Cinemark Theatres. Pharr Town Center was constructed in 2013 with additional renovations in 2016. The newly built Oasis at Pharr Town Center at 1301 Polk Avenue is a major component of the project, offering an upscale restaurant row and entertainment options. The shopping center is adjacent to the region’s only Topgolf facility. Build-to-suit spaces ranging from 1,200 to 19,084 square feet are available. The Oasis offers a minimum divisible space of 701 square feet and maximum contiguous space of 14,200 square feet.
