Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty Broker Rolando A. Alvarez, PA, CPM, CCIM, represented the undisclosed seller. The buyer, Eco Bellamar LLC, a FL Limited Liability Company, plans to continue utilizing the complex as rental apartments, according to Alvarez.
