Mike Carr, Sr. has successfully worked the Southwest Florida market for over 35 years. In 2018 he ranked fourth in Florida for the company. Highlights were a 220,000 SF warehouse complex on Tampa Bay for $18,200,000. Also the sale of a 171,000 SF factory building for $9,200,000. Mike has been awarded the SIOR designation. He is also in the Naples Area Board of Realtor "Hall of Fame" and the Collier Builders Association "Hall of Fame." Mike would like to work with you on your commercial real estate requirements.
